Nationally accredited, half day courseWhy is this training important? This accredited qualification gives knowledge and confidence for those working with food on a basic level.
Who needs this training/ qualification? The Law requires that anyone who prepares or serves food as a part of their job or in a volunteer organisation. This course is suitable for Health Care Assistants, Hospitality team members and volunteers who work in Cafes or Lunch Clubs.
